Overview
As a Three/Fours Classroom Coordinator with the Glencoe Park District, you'll oversee operations of three Three/Four's classrooms and No Nap Club enrichment program. Responsibilities include supporting daily classroom operations, serving as substitute coverage, ensuring staff breaks, managing hiring accounts, and reporting concerns. You'll spend at least 50% of your time in classrooms teaching, planning developmentally appropriate activities, and collaborating with families. Requirements include Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or 21 credit hours in ECE), minimum 2 years experience in DCFS-licensed facility, valid driver's license, and certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED, Food Handler, and DCFS paperwork completion.
