### Core Responsibilities

- Collaborate & Document: Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize outcomes.
### Qualifications
- Education & License: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; valid Arizona PT license (or license-eligible).
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach.
