Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Industrial Engineering initiatives to drive operational excellence, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency across the plant
• Optimize key manufacturing KPIs including manpower utilization, cycle time, machine utilization, material flow, and space efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies
• Lead factory productivity roadmap and execute short-, mid-, and long-term improvement initiatives
• Define and implement automation strategies to enhance operational scalability and manufacturing performance
• Improve production flow, layout planning, and capacity utilization to support business growth
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver sustainable process improvements
• Analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for cost reduction, throughput improvement, and operational stability
• Act as a key contributor in transformation projects, factory optimization, and strategic manufacturing initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or Manufacturing Engineering within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environments
• Strong hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Productivity Improvement, and Factory Automation
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, capacity planning, cycle time improvement, and layout optimization
• Lean/Six Sigma certification (Black Belt is a strong advantage)
• PMP/IPMA or project management certification is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project execution skills
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Good command of English
