Infra Architect

Role: Infra ArchitectLocation: BasildonWork mode: Onsite Job Summary:Key Requirements Experience:5+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles, ideally with exposure to financial services or other highly regulated industries. 10+ years in IT, with demonstrated expertise in both on-premise infrastructure and cloud technologies. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of networking, security, Onprem/cloud (AWS/Azure), databases, event streaming (Kafka), observability, and automation (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code). Hands-on experience with VMware, Linux/Windows OS, Kubernetes, and enterprise storage solutions. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS). A good understanding of, Confluence, Jira, Splunk, Dynatrace and other Project and Network tools. Collaboration & Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Proven ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams. Documentation:Strong skills in documenting solution architectures, technical patterns, and deployment guides. Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). Cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure) are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications Experience architecting SaaS or multi-tenant solutions. Background in financial services or other regulated industries. Experience leading geographically dispersed teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. Why Join Us?
