We are looking for a Python/GenAI Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python and Generative AI. Someone who actively builds and leads the development of Python services, RAG systems, AI agents, and GenAI-powered applications, while driving engineering excellence across the team.
In this role, you will combine technical leadership with hands-on delivery — owning architecture decisions, leading technical discovery, mentoring engineers, and guiding projects from concept to production. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, shaping scalable AI solutions and acting as a trusted technical leader throughout the engagement lifecycle.
