The Role
We're looking for a Frontend Engineer to join the Care Platform Operations team at Ro. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain the provider- and care-team-facing web interfaces that power how Ro delivers care — including the surfaces for patient-provider messaging, appointment scheduling, task routing and queues, and care-operations tooling increasingly driven by AI and intelligent automation.
You'll help shape the technical roadmap and own initiatives from ideation through design, implementation, and maintenance. You'll partner closely with product, design, data, clinical, and care operations teams to build high-quality, compliant experiences that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and help Ro scale care delivery for millions of patients.
