The appointee will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supervise and monitor both in-house staff and maintenance contractors;

  • Hands-on works on various HVAC installations; and
  • Perform overnight shift duty and attend emergency duties.

Extensive work experience with operation and maintenance of large-scale chiller plants is definitely an advantage.

Appointment to the position will normally be on two-year fixed term contract basis.  Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including continuing education subsidy, annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
