Catalyst Summer Leadership Program

Participate in our Catalyst Summer Leadership Program for a chance to learn about RKL's culture, develop key leadership skills and interview for an internship or full time entry-level role upon graduation.

The program date is Thursday, June 24- Friday, June 25 with a requirement of staying onsite at the venue.

After you apply, you can expect to hear from us by the end of October.

  Education, Experience and Certifications:

  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Economics

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

  • Achievement of 150 credits upon graduation is preferred, though not required for Accounting majors

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

  • Being a team player with strong work ethic

  • Must be available to attend specified dates
