Job Responsibilities:

• Identify necessary work and perform comprehensive tire services.
• Accurately capture detailed information, input it into computer systems, and communicate it to the Shop or service provider as required.
• Adhere to the tire program for each unit and identify needs.
• Comply with all TIA rules and regulations to ensure personal and driver safety.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Consistently follow established procedures and protocols.
• Recognize areas for improvement and provide feedback to management.
• Share best practices across the team.
• Maintain a professional atmosphere at all times.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a strong work ethic and be independently motivated to achieve results with minimal external influence.
• Demonstrate hard work, diligence, responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, effective communication, and teamwork.
• Review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make informed decisions.
• Read, understand, and adhere to procedures and guidelines.
• Commit to following established safety policies and procedures.

Skills Required:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience with computers, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and related programs.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• At least one year of steady employment or schooling.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and crawl under equipment as required.
• TIA certifications are a plus.

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
