Job Description:
This job is responsible for building strategic partnerships with CEOs, CFOs, board members, and other key decision-makers within a targeted client group. Key responsibilities include providing creative, value-added ideas and solutions based on client needs, while focusing on priority clients within the segmentation model. Job expectations include representing and coordinating the delivery of the full range of product capabilities to the client.

Responsibilities:

• Drives origination efforts by identifying new business opportunities and developing tactical plans specific to a targeted client list, as well as assessing risk and limiting financial loss

• Leads all aspects of the client relationship including originating and flawless execution of deals by using fully developed client relationships, business development, and/or product advisory responsibilities

• Delivers presentations and advises major clients by thinking strategically and forecasting client needs

• Manages and develops direct resources and activities across the global franchise in order to deliver the bank's products and services to the client

• Maintains deep client relationships (CEO, CFO, and Board), including First Call relationships as a Trusted Advisor

• Leads a group of bankers that focus on investment banking across the region

• Participates in the recruitment, development, and management of senior coverage resources and product officers that originate and execute transactions
