Description

Location: Site-dedicated, onsite at Indianapolis, Indiana (US), with multi-state regional coordination  

Engagement: full-time salaried; expected hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with some flexibility  

 

Role summary 

Provides hands-off coordination and oversight for the Integrated Health Services (IHS) program across supported sites. Coordinates medical surveillance, case administration, vendor logistics, and data quality, working cross-functionally with EH&S, HR, Legal, and Procurement. This is a coordination role, and a direct clinical care role; flagged results and clinical questions are escalated to licensed clinicians. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Coordinate scheduling, completion, and follow-up of medical surveillance evaluations with sites and vendors; escalate flagged or abnormal results to licensed clinicians. 
  • Coordinate across EH&S, HR, Legal, Procurement, and business leaders on IHS topics, including Medical Review Board logistics. 
  • Coordinate with health and surveillance vendors alongside Procurement, including supply ordering for supported sites. 
  • Ensure documentation and data quality in the EMR; compile and report IHS metrics; coordinate the Physical Job Requirements process. 
  • Coordinate case administration and travel health support with vendors and clinicians, without administering direct clinical care. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Nursing qualification (Registered Nurse); occupational health background preferred. 
  • Active US RN license, State of Indiana required; multistate license (Nurse Licensure Compact) preferred to support multiple states. 
  • Proven experience in occupational health coordination, medical surveillance administration, or health services support, including vendor and multi-site coordination. 
  • EMR systems; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and reporting tools. 

 

Data & compliance 
Limited access to medical records for coordination and data-quality purposes. Follows US data-privacy law (HIPAA).
