Responsibilities:
Developing new products and modifying existing ones
Preparing preliminary cost estimates
Introducing products into production
Keeping up with updates in the field and suggesting their implementation
Creating documentation
Collaborating with the sales department, customers, and suppliers
Helping resolve disruptions in the production process and dealing with complaints
Qualifications:
University degree in a technical field
1-2 years of work experience within product development of technical textile materials (student experience is possible as well)
At least upper-intermediate level of English proficiency (B2)
Good proficiency in the use of MS Office software, ERP and R&D tools
Systematic, accurate, reliable, and collaborative approach to work
Creativity and out-of-box thinking
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Ability to make sound decisions and take responsibility for them
Experience with non-woven technical textiles, knowing R&D processes and standards with previous experience (incl. being our scholarship student) is an advantage!
