BevLine Inside Sales Rep Lead - National Accounts

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities: 

• Focus on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) responsibilities, and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions with national retail partners and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from national chain retail partners regarding account inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution while maintaining exceptional service standards 
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributor personnel, corporate buyers, and suppliers by understanding and addressing customer needs to ensure high levels of service 
• Utilize EDI systems for efficient and accurate processing of orders, invoices, and payments, while monitoring chain accounts for compliance with company policies 
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Inside Sales – National Account Representatives to drive team performance and growth 
• Leverage data and intelligence to influence outlet-level decisions, track performance metrics against objectives, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement 
• Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
