Summary-
The Wine Educator is the face of Jada Estates — delivering engaging, educational, and polished guest experiences that reflect the spirit of our estate. This role blends storytelling, sales, and providing an excellent customer service experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.
- Deliver exceptional service across tastings.
- Educate guests on Jada Estates’ wines, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy.
- Drive DTC sales through knowledgeable recommendations and club signups.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of current wines and pairings.
- Ensure tasting spaces reflect brand standards and cleanliness.
- Uphold ABC compliance and responsible service standards.
- Assist with private tastings, trade visits, and member events.
Minimum Qualifications-
- Must be 21+.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Warm, confident communicator with strong sales instincts.
- Ability to translate technical wine knowledge into engaging stories.
- Team-oriented and flexible under pressure.
- Passionate about hospitality, food, and wine education.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
