As an Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind making sure our clients don’t just renew their contracts—they expand their use of Mongoose solutions and can’t imagine life without us. You’ll own the renewal process and lead all expansion efforts, including upsells and cross-sells, by diving deep into client relationships, uncovering their needs, and helping them achieve their goals with our products. Success in this role will be measured by increasing client retention rates, achieving both your annual renewal , and expansion quotas through adoption and growth of our Conversation Intelligence Platform. If you love building expansion pipelines through strategic account planning and referential selling and have a demonstrated history of exceeding quota, this role is for you.
