The candidate will manage multiple concurrent taskings, provide status and progress reporting to senior leadership, document and improve processes, and support long-term planning for a larger-scale IT infrastructure across the WMA. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while coordinating across multiple organizations.

  • Serve as the customer's accountable property custodian and maintain the controlled property database, including property transfers and Property Turn-In (PTI) requests.
  • Maintain accountability for department pagers and other assigned equipment.
  • Support enterprise-wide IT equipment initiatives by coordinating schedules, requirements, and status across the division.
  • Develop long-term integration plans supporting a planned larger-scale office move within the WMA.

Project and Program Management:

  • Track multiple concurrent projects, actions, requirements, schedules, and deliverables through completion.
  • Provide regular status updates and progress reporting to department and senior-level leadership.
  • Ensure appropriate security need-to-know and leadership approvals are obtained before initiating or advancing tasks.
  • Develop and maintain processes, procedures, workflows, guides, and electronic records supporting departmental operations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and capability gaps and recommend improvements to workflow, resource allocation, and operational approaches.
  • Conduct research and deeper-dive analyses on emerging requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with IT, facilities, security, and other support organizations to resolve issues and close action items.
  • Support Ad Hoc projects and taskings as directed by department leadership.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent taskings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively across organizational boundaries.

  • Experience developing and maintaining processes, procedures, documentation, and electronic records.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use customer-specific databases, applications, and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct research and develop recommendations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and tasks with a high degree of discretion.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common collaboration, tracking, and documentation tools.

Experience and Education:

  • Prior customer-facing experience supporting IT, facilities, logistics, project management, or operational activities.
  • Experience with accountable property, inventory systems, office moves, or infrastructure integration preferred.
