Description
The Process Specialist II in our Bradenton, FL, office is responsible for performing various FRVIS functions and using Verra-specific applications. Applicants will perform duties such as assisting in-person clientele; examining vehicle titles, registrations, and other documents to determine authenticity for processing; processing titles and registrations; being able to research, advise, interpret, update, consult, collaborate, guide, and resolve problems related to FLHSMV statutes, policies, and procedures. Finally, applicants will be the lead liaison when needed.
- Provide explicit feedback to Customer Support agents professionally and positively.
- Review errors flagged by the system and implement proper corrections
- Assist with special T&R projects from leadership on an as-needed basis
- Perform paper trailing process to identify and resolve document-related issues
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong PC skills, including basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to use various equipment including computers, copiers, scanners, and mail opening machine
- Strong attention to detail and quality-driven
- The ability to problem solve using analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional aptitude and flexibility toward serving and assisting others
- Skills in reading records and resolving complex issues under stressful conditions with customer records or policy interpretation
