- Mainly hospital-based care with minimal follow-up clinic responsibilities
- Join an established Neurohospitalist program consisting of three Neurohospitalists providing 24/7 neurological coverage
- Consult-focused service supporting the Emergency Department, ICU, hospitalist services, and regional referral network
- Participate in care across Logan Health Medical Center and 11 rural Montana telestroke sites
- Active inpatient consult service with diverse and complex neurological cases
- Hospital-based group with an emphasis on evidence-based care and a collegial, team-based approach
- Work closely with Neurohospitalists, Stroke Team RNs, emergency medicine physicians, intensivists, and hospitalists
- Respond to CODE STROKE activations as part of a coordinated multidisciplinary stroke team
- Strong physician support and mentorship from providers eager to train and develop APPs

- Participate in daily inpatient neurology consults and rounding

- Opportunity for 1-2 clinic half-days weekly focused on hospital follow-up patients
- Average of 8-20 patient encounters per day
- Flexible 36-hour work week
- Typically, Monday-Friday schedule
- No call responsibilities
