Job Description

1. Production Fixture Design and Development:
- Design and develop fixtures suitable for network equipment manufacturing, ensuring compliance with product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
- Use CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for fixture design and drafting.
2. Fixture Testing and Verification:
- Conduct functional testing and verification of fixtures to ensure their stability and reliability during the production process.
- Analyze test data and make necessary adjustments and improvements.
3. Fixture Maintenance and Management:
- Develop maintenance plans for fixtures to ensure long-term stable operation.
- Record fixture usage and maintenance history, and perform regular inspections.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production engineers, quality assurance teams, and suppliers to participate in fixture requirement discussions and feasibility assessments.
- Prepare fixture design documents to ensure maintainability and scalability of fixtures.
5. Problem Identification and Resolution:
- Identify and resolve fixture-related issues that may arise during the production process and provide effective solutions.
- Evaluate and select the best solution through existing procedures.
