Are you a people person who wants to create and share memorable experiences with our guests? We are looking for a Receptionist (f/m/d) for our Hotel in Copenhagen*.

YOUR TASKS
· You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
· You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out
· Besides for our guests, you’re also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians
· You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities
· You take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering e-mails and online requests, upselling, responding to online reviews and much more
· You are in charge of the bar
· You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one
· You’re flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
· Last but not least; you’re a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then
YOUR PROFILE
· You have initial experience (min. 1 year) in hospitality and is passionate about it
· You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling, dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
· You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests
· You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
· You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
· You are fluent in English. Danish and any other language are advantageous
