A DAY IN THE LIFE
An experienced and productive professional responsible for analyzing the day-to-day maintenance of the Blattner operating system and process improvement program, focusing on increasing all process outputs, as well as capability and efficiency of processes by developing, refining, implementing, training, and auditing.
STEP INTO THE ROLE
- Aligns Blattner's business goals to be an industry leader by improving and implementing procedures and processes as directed.
- Participates in discussions with market segments and departments regarding the design, development, refinement, implementation, and execution of standardized processes and procedures.
- Identifies risk and process gaps, potential process enhancements, and/or inefficiencies and seeks assistance on more advanced matters.
- Supports the implementation of new or changed processes by communicating with all affected areas of the business and assisting with a smooth implementation.
- Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts, department, and project personnel to identify and alleviate pain points, gaps, interdependencies, design, and implementation of future state(s) within the Blattner operating system.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing), or related field; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- Three (3) or more years of progressive related experience required, preferably in construction management, business management, industrial engineering, quality, safety, electrical, or similar type role.
WHAT SETS YOU APART
- Technical writing experience and an understanding of process improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook).
- Ability to travel 15-35% of the time.
