Description

Overview

A warm, dynamic family in Atherton, CA, is seeking a career ROTA nanny for their 8 month-old, starting asap. The position will operate on a 1–2 week ROTA schedule, with the nanny working approximately 1–2 weeks on followed by 1–2 weeks off, depending on the family's needs and agreed rota.

The family travels regularly and is seeking a nanny who has significant previous experience travelling with high-profile/private families, including both domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate will be genuinely excited by a travel-heavy lifestyle and comfortable managing the practicalities of travelling with an infant, including packing, organising nursery supplies, maintaining routines across different time zones and environments, and adapting quickly to changing schedules.

The family is ideally seeking a long-term commitment from candidates to ensure consistency of care for their child, long-term nannies who are excited to grow with them, who can build a meaningful relationship with their child, and adapt as their needs evolve. They’re seeking warm, thoughtful nannies who are truly passionate and knowledgeable about child development, dedicated to creating a nurturing and calm environment, and who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented household.

This is a deeply valued role in a loving home, with involved, mindful parents who respect and appreciate the unique contributions of a fantastic nanny. BAHS placed the family's second ROTA nanny.
