We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager who thrives on developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving results. Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead a large team, create a positive and inclusive culture, and play a key role in the success of a busy retail store.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach and develop a large team to achieve their potential
Deliver an engaging customer experience and create memorable moments
Drive sales, productivity and operational excellence
Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing talent development
Partner with the Store Manager to deliver business goals and build future leaders
What You'll Bring
2+ years' experience in a retail leadership role
A passion for developing and motivating teams
Strong communication and coaching skills
