Performance Lead Manager
Role Overview
The Performance Lead Manager drives how the organization measures, improves, and reports on operational performance. This role helps build systems that track performance metrics, turns data into specific improvement actions, and works across teams to make continuous improvement part of how the business runs day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems that track and analyse organizational performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Data Analysis
Analyse business processes and performance data to identify inefficiencies and develop strategic solutions that drive measurable improvements.
Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to align performance goals and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Training and Development
Provide training and coaching to team members on performance improvement principles and methodologies.
Reporting
Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics and improvement initiatives to support data-driven decision-making.
Team Management
Manage a team of Performance Analysts and Quality Assurance staff, ensuring their work follows business standards and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in performance management, process improvement, or operational analysis
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience designing or managing performance tracking systems and dashboards
- Proven ability to train and coach others on performance improvement principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports for decision-makers
- Track record of working effectively across teams and functions
- Experience managing or leading a team, with a focus on ensuring adherence to business standards and processes
