What You'll Do
As a Cardiovascular Registrar, you will:
Identify and maintain accurate lists of eligible cardiovascular patients for inclusion in the registry.
Abstract clinical information from medical records in accordance with registry data dictionary standards and submit required data within established timelines.
Perform routine data validation, quality audits, and registry scrubbing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with cardiovascular program leadership, physicians, and clinical staff to verify, validate, and improve registry data.
Assist with audits, data validation reports, and quality improvement initiatives by retrieving and analyzing registry information.
Review registry outcomes and support ongoing efforts to improve quality, patient safety, and program performance.
Participate in cardiovascular service meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay current with registry standards and best practices.
Maintain strict compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical, health information, or quality services experience in a hospital setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of human anatomy, medical terminology, and healthcare statistics.
Experience with clinical registries, quality improvement, or cardiovascular services.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
