Description

Build our future together:

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Site Supply Planning and Scheduling Manager to join our IOPS Supply Chain Planning team, overseeing end-to-end production planning across Regeneron's internal and external manufacturing network for both clinical and commercial portfolios. In this role, you will drive master production scheduling, finite scheduling, batch management, and capacity planning — while serving as the planning liaison for site teams and collaborating with Operations, Finance, Regulatory, and Program Management. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where:

  • Location: Rensselaer, New York, United States
  • Work model: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Discover your role:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of the site master production schedule, ensuring reliable supply of clinical and commercial products based on demand forecasts, program strategies, and operational capabilities
  • Act as the planning liaison for site teams, accurately reflecting manufacturing capabilities, constraints, and performance in the broader supply plan; proactively identify and resolve conflicts
  • Lead finite scheduling for production and post-production activities, managing coordination with external departments for maintenance, cleaning, validation, and microbial monitoring
  • Steward produced batches through post-production milestones, tracking batch statuses and mitigating risks to downstream supply nodes
  • Lead scenario-based planning and risk assessments to evaluate supply and business risks; implement business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted supply
  • Manage capacity project portfolio, recommending capital expenditures and aligning implementation plans with program, regulatory, and supply strategies
  • Implement real-time monitoring systems for schedule adherence; develop mechanisms to improve communication to and from the production floor
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to transform business processes, reduce lead times, manage costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Associate Manager: 6+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations planning within biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
  • Manager: 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations planning within biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
  • Demonstrated experience in an end-to-end planning role in a cGMP manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Expertise in production planning, capacity planning, and supply chain management concepts; experience with ERP/MRP/APS and project management systems a plus
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects and portfolios; relevant certifications such as PMP, APICS, or Lean Six Sigma a plus
