This exciting role focuses on managing a specialized Private Clients portfolio of foreign nationals. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, especially in industries such as Oil and Gas, while delivering tailored financial solutions that align with their unique needs.
Are you someone who can:
Identify opportunities to expand customer base with potentially profitable customers and provide appropriate banking solutions across the business to prospective clients.
Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets.
Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
Ensure the development, alignment, and implementation of end-to-end process within area of accountably for continued process improvement.
Understand the nuances of servicing foreign national clients, navigating residency-related account requirements with ease.
Travel flexibly and manage a dynamic schedule to meet the demands of foreign national clients.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Have a relevant Business, Commerce or Banking qualification.
Possess 5 to 7 years' experience in Private Banking, Business Banking, Relationship Banking, Wealth Management or a similar financial services environment.
Have strong knowledge of banking products, lending, credit, fiduciary services, investments, compliance and risk management.
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to acquire, grow and retain profitable client relationships.
Have exceptional relationship-building, networking and stakeholder management skills.
Are self-motivated and able to work independently.
Have experience managing affluent or high-value client portfolios within a relationship banking environment.
Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
Hold a valid driver's licence and have your own reliable transport, with the ability to travel as required.
Demonstrate an ability to navigate complex financial needs and solutions for both resident and non-resident clients.
