General Technician (Temporary)
Centralised Engineering - Service Division
Position Specific Requirements:
1. Inspection & Diagnosis: Visually inspect equipment and systems, run diagnostic tests, and identify malfunctions.
2. Repairs & Maintenance: Fix or replace faulty parts (electrical, mechanical and plumbing)
3. Preventative Care: Implement preventative maintenance schedules for systems like Air condition, HVAC, plumbing, and machinery.
4. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, use protective equipment, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
5. Customer/Team Communication: Clearly explain issues and recommendations to clients or supervisors and provide updates.
Position Specific Skills:
1. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and mechanical aptitude.
2. Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Understanding of safety protocols and relevant regulations.
3. Good communication skills for reporting and customer interaction.
