Full-Time | 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour + shift differential

Training Schedule: New hires will train on 1st shift for approximately 45 days before transitioning to their assigned shift.

What You'll Do

As a Polymer Production Technician, you'll help support the safe and efficient production of polymer products by:

  • Draining polymer from production reactors into totes and drums
  • Connecting, monitoring, and handling industrial hoses and equipment
  • Filtering finished products according to quality specifications
  • Packaging and preparing finished goods for shipment
  • Weighing and staging raw materials for production
  • Assisting with material movement and production support activities
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Following all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Working closely with team members to support production goals

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Commitment to working safely and following established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment

Previous experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

  

Physical & Work Requirements

This position must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

  • Regular lifting of materials up to 50 pounds
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
  • Climbing stairs throughout the production facility
  • Working in a manufacturing environment around production equipment
  • Wearing required personal protective equipment, including a full-face respirator when necessary
