Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Development Manager to join our ever-evolving Global Merchant and Partner Experience Engineering team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Your Key responsibilities
- You will manage full software development lifecycle including testing, implementation, and compliance processes.
- You will collaborate with Engineering teams and other stakeholders through product design, bug verification and go-live phases.
- You will collaborate with Product managers, Architects, SRE and other stakeholders for ensuring successful delivery.
- You will take full ownership of Software Delivery from design to production deployment for the Products/Projects/Epics assigned to you
- You will work with managers/supervisors to identify and allocate technical resources, e.g., programmers, business analysts to projects within Development. This would include a mix of FTEs assigned to the development organization and contractors
- You will ensure applications meet appropriate quality standards and adhere to the organisation’s application development and delivery process standards.

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to navigate challenges and resolve issues effectively.
- A proactive, accountable approach - taking ownership, acting early, and delivering great client outcomes.
- A genuine interest in Global Payments’ products and the wider payments industry, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
It’s a bonus if you have
- A background in payments, fintech, or a client-facing commercial role.
- Experience in SAFe/Agile.
