The Fillpack Coordinator (Representative II, Production Operations) position plays a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient operation of our Fillpack manufacturing area. This position combines team coordination, production planning, quality oversight and continuous improvement, helping to ensure products are manufactured and released to the highest standards while supporting customer needs and business priorities. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation and Technical Operations teams, you will help drive operational excellence in a highly regulated environment. This role offers the opportunity to build leadership experience, develop expertise in regulated manufacturing and make a visible impact on day-to-day operations. You'll work with experienced teams, contribute to meaningful continuous improvement initiatives and be part of an organisation whose products help support patient care around the world.

This is a Night Shift Role which includes shift allowance

Shift: Straight Nights

  • Monday to Friday: 12:00am – 8:00am
  • Friday night: 10:00pm – 5:00am Saturday

This position reports to the Production Operations Manager and is part of the Production Operations department located just outside Tulla in Lismeehan, O'Callaghan Mills, Co. Clare. IT is fully on-site role where you'll work closely with manufacturing and cross-functional partners across the site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Fillpack team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability and safety.

  • Coordinate daily production activities to meet customer demand, maintain inventory levels and deliver on production schedules.

  • Drive quality and compliance by ensuring adherence to GMP requirements, quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

  • Review and maintain Batch History Records and production documentation to support accurate, compliant operations.

  • Champion continuous improvement through DBS, waste reduction and operational excellence initiatives that improve performance and efficiency.

  • Coach and support associates through training, feedback and development while partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve deviations, complaints and operational challenges.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Level 7 qualification with 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, or Level 8 qualification with 1+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience working within a manufacturing, laboratory or regulated environment.

  • Proven ability to coordinate priorities, solve problems and drive results in a fast-paced operational setting.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach and support associates to perform at their best.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Good understanding of GMP, quality systems and compliance requirements.

  • Experience supporting audits, investigations, deviations or quality improvement activities is desirable.

  • Experience using Oracle or a similar ERP system would be advantageous.

Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • This is an active, hands-on role that requires standing and moving throughout the workday.

  • You'll work across manufacturing, laboratory and office environments, gaining exposure to multiple aspects of the production process.

  • The role involves working in cleanroom and controlled manufacturing areas, where adherence to PPE requirements and contamination control standards is essential.

  • You'll follow established processes and procedures while monitoring equipment performance and responding to routine operational issues.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety, quality and compliance are critical to success in this role.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving activities or Kaizen events.

  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving Quality, Validation, Technical Operations or Supply Chain.

  • Knowledge of production planning, inventory management or work order systems.
