## About this Role

We are seeking a Digital & IT Risk Analyst to support Risk Management activities across Digital & IT functions. This role is responsible for coordinating risk management processes, facilitating risk governance forums, supporting risk reporting, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and escalation of operational and technology risks. The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to drive a robust risk management culture and support informed decision-making.

## What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day Digital & IT Risk Management activities.
• Review and triage draft risks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and facilitate risk discussions with risk raisers and key stakeholders.
• Maintain and update risk records, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Prepare governance materials and support risk reporting activities.
• Organise and facilitate regular operational risk review sessions with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Capture meeting outcomes, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Support escalation of significant risks to higher governance forums, including Risk Control Forum (RCF).
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support risk acceptance processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management practices and governance processes.

## Who you are

• Proven experience of 7+ years in risk management, operational support, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, and governance practices.
• Strong understanding of Vodafone processes, systems, and operating environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, and operational risk activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Skilled at facilitating discussions, coordinating actions, and driving outcomes.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
