Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Murex Front-to-Back Capital Markets implementation project Key
Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end implementation of Murex Capital Markets solutions using Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams comprising Murex consultants, Business Analysts, PMO, client stakeholders, and implementation partners.
• Ensure project governance, capacity planning, issue management, and risk mitigation. • Manage project financials, reporting, client invoicing, and project P&L responsibilities. • Coordinate with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to manage expectations and ensure successful delivery.
• Drive project escalations, crisis management, and resolution of critical issues.
• Support pre-sales activities including project estimation, solution planning, proposal reviews, and client presentations.
• Promote Murex implementation best practices and delivery methodology.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related discipline
• 10+ years of overall professional experience
• 2+ years of Project Management experience delivering Capital Markets, Treasury, Trading, or Banking Technology projects
• Experience managing full lifecycle software implementation projects in vendor or consulting environments
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Experience supporting business development, proposal creation, estimation, and pre-sales activities
• Ability to manage multicultural and geographically distributed teams
• Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and resource planning
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are advantageous
Skills
• Preferred - Fluent Mandarin (Speak, Read & Write Chinese)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong Project Management expertise
• Experience managing complex banking or financial technology implementations
