Experienced Clinical Embryologist — Newport Beach, California

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Embryologist to join a fertility clinic in Newport Beach, California. You will work alongside physicians, nurses, and laboratory colleagues to deliver high-quality embryology services and excellent patient care.

The role includes oocyte assessment, ICSI, embryo culture, embryo biopsy, vitrification and warming, cryostorage management, and quality assurance. You will also contribute to the continued improvement of laboratory procedures and workflows.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in a clinical IVF laboratory
• Strong competency across the full range of embryology procedures, including embryo biopsy and cryopreservation
• Current American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) certification, such as Embryology Laboratory Scientist (ELS), or eligibility for certification
• Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
