We are seeking a Commercial Lead II to lead a maintenance crew on commercial properties such as HOAs, office parks, and retail sites. If you know how to keep a crew on schedule, keep properties looking their best, and keep clients happy, we want to hear from you.

• Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (starting pay, based on experience).

What We Are Looking For

• Commercial Leadership: Proven ability to lead a crew of 3–4 team members on commercial properties.
• Efficiency: Keeps the crew on schedule and maintains 90% or higher efficiency.
• Property Knowledge: Strong knowledge of commercial mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and detailing standards.
• Sales Awareness: Spots and recommends upsell opportunities (enhancements, mulch, plant replacements, irrigation repairs).
• Communication: Communicates clearly with managers, account managers, and clients.

• Core Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a commercial maintenance crew and assign daily tasks.
• Make sure every property meets company quality standards before leaving the site.
• Maintain crew efficiency of 90% or higher.
• Submit upsell recommendations to management.
• Estimate maintenance and cleanup hours.
• Train and coach crew members on safety, equipment, and company procedures.
• Complete daily paperwork and crew time on time.
• Keep the truck, trailer, and equipment clean and maintained.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients or team members.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years of experience as a commercial landscape maintenance lead is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of plant and turf identification, pruning techniques, and commercial maintenance equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle schedule changes, property issues, and client concerns in the field.
• Credentials: A valid driver’s license is required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in Florida weather.
