Agile Project Manager

Responsibilities

Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Agile Project Manager to work for our company.

Summary

• Must possess a Moderate Risk, Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation. Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, and no recent or pending bankruptcies.
• The Agile Project Manager will deliver multiple Agile projects and remove blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology. Defines the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translates this into user stories. Prioritizes the user stories within the product backlog. Manages a multi-disciplinary team and tests to ensure quality levels are achieved.

Requirements

• Must possess a Moderate Risk, Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation. Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, and no recent or pending bankruptcies.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Must currently hold a PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile/project management certification.
• Undergraduate degree required. Relevant degree fields may include, but are not limited to, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology.
• Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories.
• Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with testing to ensure quality levels.
