Construction Safety Professional | Spring House, PA

Responsibilities

HazTek is seeking a Construction Safety Professional to support a portfolio of construction projects in Spring House, PA. This is a field-focused role working closely with project teams and contractors to promote safe work practices across active job sites.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field walks and monitor contractor activities for compliance with site safety requirements.

• Identify and address hazards related to fall protection, scaffolding, hot work, and lockout/tagout.

• Review Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), daily Safety Plan of Action documents (SPAs), and permits to work (PTWs).

• Communicate safety observations to project teams and follow up on corrective actions.

• Participate in weekly toolbox talks led by the project general contractor.

Qualifications

• Construction safety experience with a strong field presence.

• Working knowledge of JSAs, daily SPAs, and permit-to-work processes.

• Familiarity with an electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) system is a plus.

• Prior experience supporting similar campus or portfolio projects is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple contractors and project teams.
