Current Opportunity: Content & Data Integration Specialist (6-Month Temporary Assignment)

Location: Canada

Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote or hybrid depending on your proximity to our Toronto or Montreal office

Salary Range: 50-70K CAD a year plus we offer a competitive range of benefits 

Job Description:

TELUS Health is seeking an experienced consultant to support the migration of Global Proposal Development content and data from SharePoint into the Google environment.  

The consultant will design the future-state structure for content libraries, data, digital assets, governance, automation, and AI-enabled retrieval. The goal is to create a scalable Google-based environment that supports proposal development, content management, FueliX (internal AI tool) integration, and future automation.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assess the current SharePoint structure and recommend the future-state Google architecture.  

• Design and launch scalable content and data libraries using appropriate Google Workspace and Google Cloud solutions.  

• Develop and train teams on taxonomy, metadata, naming conventions, folder structures, and content classifications.  

• Design structures for proposal content, templates, case studies, presentations, product information, compliance content, and digital assets.  

• Establish governance standards for ownership, approvals, version control, archival, permissions, and content lifecycle management.  

• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Google tools, APIs, Apps Script, or other approved technologies.  

• Ensure the environment is structured to support AI-enabled search, retrieval, and integration with FueliX and other enterprise applications.  

• Conduct and complete migration planning, testing, validation, and implementation.  

• Create and document the architecture and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.  

• Migrate and reorganize content from SharePoint into the approved Google structure.  

• Clean up duplicate, outdated, and poorly structured content during migration.  

• Test the environment, resolve migration and usability issues, and validate that content is accessible and functioning as intended.

• Completed SharePoint-to-Google migration  

• Fully configured Google content and data environment  

• Structured content and digital asset libraries  

• Metadata and taxonomy framework  

• Permissions and governance model  

• Automated workflows  

• AI and FueliX-ready content structure  

• Migration validation and testing  

• Administrative documentation  

• Train internal team members and complete knowledge transfer before the end of the engagement  

Qualifications:   

• Strong experience with Google Workspace and Google Cloud environments.  

• Demonstrated experience migrating content from SharePoint or Microsoft 365 to Google.  

• Experience designing enterprise content libraries, databases, knowledge repositories, or digital asset environments.  

• Strong knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, data governance, permissions, and content lifecycle management.  

• Experience with workflow automation, APIs, Google Apps Script, and systems integration.  

• Experience designing environments that support AI-enabled knowledge retrieval is preferred.  

• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.  

Engagement Objective: 

At the conclusion of the engagement, TELUS Health should have a scalable and governed Google-based content and data environment that supports proposal development, digital assets, automation, AI-enabled retrieval, and future enterprise integrations.
