The analyst will transform raw information from multiple sources into timely, actionable intelligence for security teams, business leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical, detail-oriented professional who can quickly assess information, identify what matters, and communicate key findings clearly and concisely in a fast-paced corporate security environment.

This is an exempt, salaried position with a primary core schedule of Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EDT. The schedule may change based on business needs and GSOC coverage requirements.

Application & Interview Requirement

Candidates will be required to complete a brief writing and assessment exercise during the interview process. The exercise is designed to evaluate written communication, analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and the ability to present information using a Bottom-Line-Up-Front (BLUF) format.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor global events, including natural disasters, civil unrest, crime, active threats, geopolitical developments, and emerging risks, and assess their potential impact on personnel, facilities, travel, operations, and brand reputation.
  • Support the intelligence cycle through the collection, collation, evaluation, analysis, and dissemination of relevant information.
  • Utilize open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, social media monitoring, localized news sources, and other approved information sources to identify, assess, and escalate potential threats.
  • Review inbound alerts, threat information, suspicious activity, and other reporting streams; evaluate credibility, relevance, and severity; and escalate significant findings according to established protocols.
  • Assist with investigations by gathering information, reviewing access-control and CCTV data, compiling digital footprints, and organizing supporting documentation for investigators and stakeholders.
  • Support brand-protection and online-risk monitoring efforts, including identifying counterfeit activity, phishing campaigns, fraudulent domains, impersonation, and other threats affecting intellectual property, reputation, or client trust.
  • Maintain accurate case records, incident documentation, and supporting materials within appropriate security and investigations systems while adhering to documentation and chain-of-custody standards.
  • Produce concise, decision-ready intelligence products, including alerts, daily briefs, situational reports, case summaries, threat-actor profiles, and travel-risk briefs.
  • Conduct open-source and internal research to support investigative summaries, analytical judgments, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Provide timely situational awareness and analytical support during incidents and emerging events.
  • Collaborate with GSOC personnel, corporate security, investigators, travel-risk stakeholders, and other internal partners to support informed decision-making.
  • Operate effectively in a 24/7 security environment, balancing routine monitoring responsibilities with time-sensitive and urgent requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
