Workday Solutions Analyst

Our client is seeking a Workday Solutions Analyst to support and enhance its Workday HCM environment and broader employee systems. This role will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable systems, data integrity, integrations, and continuous improvement. Great team and stakeholders working 5 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM, including business processes, security, reporting, and configuration.
• Develop advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and data validation tools.
• Support integrations between Workday, SAP Employee Master, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure employee data integrity and alignment across systems.
• Provide second- and third-line HRIS support, troubleshooting configuration, integration, access, and data issues.
• Support Workday releases, upgrades, enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, specifications, test scripts, and documentation.
• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders and manage HR technology vendors as required.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and support experience.
• Strong experience with Workday business processes, security, reporting, and data management.
• Experience with HR systems and employee data; SAP Employee Master experience is an asset.
• Understanding of integrations such as EIB, Workday Studio, APIs, or middleware.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Workday Studio and EIB experience.
• SAP S/4HANA HR or SuccessFactors exposure.
• SQL, advanced reporting, or data visualization experience.
• Jira or ServiceNow experience.
• Manufacturing or global enterprise experience.
