POSITION SUMMARY:

The Korea EPS Business Manager is a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Korea Chief Partner Officer (CPO), responsible for driving Korea business rhythms, team communications, and partner-facing execution across the Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) organisation. This role ensures alignment between global, regional, and Korea strategies and execution, enabling the CPO to focus on partner impact, growth, and transformation.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Business Management: Lead and orchestrate Korea business rhythms, drive operational excellence, and ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
• Executive Communications: Develop and manage internal and external communications for the Korea CPO, including partner briefings, leadership updates, and strategic narratives aligned with MCAPS priorities.
• Partner Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Partner Marketing team to support Korea-specific campaigns, events, and partner engagement aligned to the five sales priorities and solution areas.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a connector across EPS, STU, CSU, and other stakeholder teams to ensure cohesive execution of partner strategy and field enablement in Korea.
• Change Management: Support the Korea CPO in landing organisational changes, new programs, and strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency across the Korea partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in business management, partner/channel operations, or executive support roles.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across levels.

• Experience working in a matrixed, global organisation with cross-functional teams.

• Strong tool and technology savviness, including advanced spreadsheet skills, BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), and AI productivity tools.

• Strong Korean and English language skills for local and regional stakeholder communication.

• Familiarity with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and MCAPS operating model is a plus.
