- Event Excellence Extraordinaire: Deliver top-notch conferences by managing satisfaction scores, revenue, and banquet goals with flair.
- Team Talent Champion: Inspire and grow your crew—hire, train, empower, and keep communication open for a motivated workforce.
- Contract Jedi: Master the art of group contracts and skillful negotiation to secure the best terms for every event.
- Service Superstar: Approach every guest and colleague with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.
- Hotel Hero: Stay fully in sync with hotel operations, industry standards, and local community organizations while keeping all event details accurate and up-to-date.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 6 years progressive hotel conference services experience preferred, or equivalent college degree with related experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and professional selling skills with the ability to influence clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated creativity and expertise in food, beverage, and event management; proven organizational and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage diverse teams, solve complex problems, and work independently under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, financial analysis, and must hold a valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
