Description
The HR Recruiting Assistant is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team with all business operations recruitment efforts for the Firm’s 6 US offices, including the Headquarters in New York. The Assistant will help manage the candidate’s experience and job requisition maintenance.
Responsibilities
Support Talent Acquisition’s efforts to maintain continuous communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the end-to-end recruiting process regarding candidate interview scheduling and coordination.
Coordinate interviews and schedule candidates for in-person and virtual interviews. Facilitate onsite interviews as necessary.
Distribute interview confirmations and interview feedback requests using Outlook and Workday Recruiting.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork for new hires; liaise with the Workday Support Group and Background Check vendor for updates on new hires.
Provide the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams with regular progress reports on interview slates and coordination efforts.
Assist in recruiting projects across the year, partnering across TA as well as the HR function to deliver on function and business needs.
Assist with ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required
1 to 3 years of corporate experience required
Ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Can organize, prioritize, plan and multi-task work activities in a high-pressure environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting and hiring exempt and non-exempt positions in disciplines such as IT, finance/accounting, office services, and/or secretarial preferred
Demonstrated experience in sourcing candidates via internet, networking, employee referrals and job postings preferred
Familiarity with HR concepts and practices related to identifying, attracting and selecting candidates preferred
Experience utilizing HRIS for recruiting efforts, such as Workday Recruiting preferred
Salary Information
NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is non-exempt meaning it is overtime pay eligible.
