The Opportunity
As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers in Mexico. You will build trusted relationships, help customers improve how they gain value from their Adobe investments, and maintain an outstanding customer experience throughout the engagement.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with world-class technical teams and senior leaders. It involves translating customers’ business priorities into clear technical strategies, operational plans, and measurable outcomes. You will proactively identify risks, uncover optimization opportunities, and orchestrate the appropriate Adobe resources to help customers achieve their long-term goals.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical advisor and point of coordination for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers
Build and maintain trusted relationships with practitioners, technical leaders, managers, directors, and C-level executives
Translate complex business objectives into actionable technical strategies, success plans, and operational priorities
Proactively identify customer needs, technical risks, and opportunities for optimization, adoption, and long-term improvement
Orchestrate the resolution of complex technical issues by coordinating across Adobe Engineering, TechOps, Managed Services, Support, Product, and other internal teams
Establish clear expectations and maintain consistent communication through regular checkpoints, status reviews, governance meetings, and planning sessions.
Conduct in-depth assessments of customers’ technical environments to identify architectural risks, performance concerns, integration challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Provide strategic advice on implementation approaches, technical guidelines, scalability, performance, integrations, and operational readiness
Co-lead Quarterly Business Reviews, executive briefings, and technical presentations, connecting the realities of the customer’s technical environment with business priorities and measurable outcomes
Maintain structured oversight of open actions, technical dependencies, risks, and critical issues, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-through
Advocate for customers within Adobe while balancing their priorities with technical feasibility, product capabilities, and internal commitments
Collaborate across Adobe teams to deliver a coordinated and consistent customer experience
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Seven or more years of experience in Technical Account Management, technical consulting, solution architecture, or another senior customer-facing technical role
Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise customer relationships in a consultative capacity
Good understanding of marketing technology, advertising technology, and AI-powered solutions, including their application within complex enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, Java, HTML/HTML5, CSS, REST APIs, and database technologies
Solid understanding of tag management, digital data collection, and enterprise implementation methodologies
Experience solving issues, performance-tuning, and optimizing web/app environments
Ability to read and interpret code, fix technical implementations, and understand third-party integrations at the API level
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate effectively with and influence senior technical and business leaders
Ability to develop and deliver clear, compelling executive presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
Strong emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to navigate complex or sensitive customer conversations
Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, balance competing priorities, and drive alignment across multiple interested parties
Strong ownership and follow-through, supported by a structured approach to tracking, prioritizing, and closing complex technical and business actions
Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% of the time and availability for recurring onsite work at both Adobe offices and customer locations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
Experience supporting large-scale digital experience, marketing technology, analytics, content management, advertising technology, customer data, or AI platforms
Experience working with distributed, multi-functional teams in a global enterprise environment
