Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo:

Diseñar, implementar y gestionar programas y políticas de remuneración y beneficios para los empleados. Esto incluye la evaluación y análisis de la estructura salarial, diseño de planes de incentivos y bonificaciones, entre otros. El objetivo principal es garantizar una compensación justa y competitiva para los empleados y contribuir al éxito general de la organización.

Experiencia :

Análisis y actualización de procesos y políticas de C&B
Descripción y Metodología de valuación de puestos
Procesos de Administración en Workday
Sistemas y Metodologías de compensación
Uso de herramientas de administración salarial (tabuladores, valuaciones de puesto, esquemas de compensación variable)
Implementación del Plan de Beneficios, con el fin de mejorar la competitividad vs mercado
Desarrolla e implementa políticas de retribución y beneficios que estén alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
Análisis de las tendencias del mercado y realizar estudios salariales para garantizar la competitividad y equidad interna.
Diseño de estructuras salariales efectivas y planes de incentivos.

Requisitos:

Licenciatura, en Administración, Contabilidad o afín. Titulado y con Cédula
Maestría deseable
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos similares.
Nivel de inglés avanzado.
Manejo de Workday
Paquetería Office intermedia – avanzada (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project).
