What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. 

• People Development: Oversee Online Marketing Associate Fulfillment team members. This role will take on Workday people-management tasks, play an active part in the hiring process, lead new hire trainings and ongoing training refreshers, and perform ongoing coaching, and champion learning and development for team members.   

• Performance Management: Take part in quality, productivity, and performance monitoring for the team. Coach team members as needed, review and implement enhancements to improve performance, and drive a commitment to exceptional performance throughout the team.   

• Customer Experience: Oversee the customer experience flow on the team – from ensuring accounts are properly assigned throughout the team, to monitoring and upholding performance, quality, and task completion standards of team members for the customer.   

• Results Monitoring: Work with Online Marketing organization leadership to monitor and track goals and performance metrics for the team and department. This role will monitor these metrics and communicate on trends.   

• Team Projects: Play an active role in planning, organizing, and driving team projects to completion. This role will need to use problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify initiatives that can lead to team improvements/resolve team barriers/issues.   

• Ongoing Coaching/Training: Actively provide coaching to team members on performance, industry best practices, new trends, training refreshers, and improvements.   

• Communication: Interface with other Online Marketing leaders and team members, and with other teams at Bluehost. Required to exhibit strong communication skills, good listening skills, and deliver clear, effective presentations/meetings as needed.   

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.  

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership and people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach, support, and develop team members.

• Hands-on experience with SEO and online marketing tools, including SEMrush, Google Ads, Ahrefs, Microsoft Advertising, and similar digital marketing platforms is preferred.

• Must be amenable to working onsite and on a night shift schedule.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.

• Willingness to work on improving processes and identifying operational efficiencies.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Comfortable handling escalated customer or workflow issues professionally.
