Who we are looking for
Wealth Custody and Clearing is seeking an Officer to join our Strategy & Product Management team to support the global product buildout for our introducing broker-dealer and wealth custody platform. This Officer will drive strategic analysis, create buy/build/partner frameworks, establish product development lifecycle cycle cadences, and finetune board, committee and executive level materials. This Officer will also support the end-to-end product ownership—including design, development, third-party integrations, and ongoing enhancement of key platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will have exposure across: account onboarding, cash management, transfers, trading, rebalancing, performance reporting, fee-billing, clearing, and third-party integrations, with aspirations of launching and scaling innovative wealth and custody solutions. This role reports to Wealth Custody and Clearing, Managing Director (or Vice President) of Product Management & Strategy and will be based in Boston, MA, Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, Irvine, CA or another strategic global location.

This Officer will ensure our platform delivers differentiated value to clients, supports seamless integration with third-party providers, and remains at the forefront of digital and AI-driven transformation. The role is critical to our ability to compete globally, deliver exceptional client experiences, and maintain operational and regulatory excellence.
What you will be responsible for
Support the buildout of new product capabilities including multiple components of the wealth custody and clearing platform, from ideation and design through launch, enhancement, and sunset.
Negotiate fintech partnerships to expand platform capabilities and accelerate time-to-market.
Champion the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to enhance product features, automate workflows, and optimize client and advisor experiences.
Manage third-party product roadmaps, collaborating with external partners to ensure deliverables are aligned, delivered on time, and within budget.
Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and business development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to ensure our platform remains innovative and differentiated.
Prepare presentations for executive leadership, boards, and external stakeholders on product vision, strategy, and performance.
Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability within the product organization.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
2–5+ years of related experience, including experience in product management, investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, business analysis, or strategy roles.
Desire to learn, build, grow, and support a highly complex, 0-1 launch of a global wealth and custody product.
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $101,250 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
