Job Description

Experienced builder who owns the design and continuous improvement of AI agents and skills on the MRCL (Marcel) platform, bringing a deep understanding of media data and AI-native building to audit existing processes and render them into deployed, measurable workflows that automate data, media, and marketing tasks at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and Build AI Agents: Translate business problems into AI-powered workflows by building and configuring agents that automate tasks across data, media, and marketing workflows.
• Workflow Mapping: Create detailed process maps that identify where AI agents can add value (e.g., campaign optimization, insight generation, audience planning).
• Requirements Translation: Develop functional and technical specifications for AI agents based on client and internal stakeholder needs.
• Agent Orchestration: Work with cross-functional teams to connect agents with datasets, APIs, and platforms across the Groupe.
• Performance Monitoring: Support the evaluation of AI agents, monitoring accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes, and recommend improvements.
• Innovation Support: Partner with data scientists and engineers to test emerging AI models and frameworks and apply them to client and Groupe use cases.
• Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation, demos, and presentations that make AI agent capabilities accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Builder/ systems designer, curious about reimagining workflows with automation.
• Disciplined in clear, business-focused documentation and prototyping.
• Communicates complex AI and workflow concepts in simple, persuasive ways.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving & analytical skills, translating strategy into action.
• Is comfortable experimenting, rapidly testing, learning, and iterating on AI agents.
• BA/BS in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a strategy-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience (including internships/academic projects) in AI/ML, marketing technology, consulting, or data-driven product design.
• Familiarity with AI tools like LLMs, workflow automation platforms, & conversational AI.
• Ability to analyze workflows and recommend where automation can drive value.
• Proficiency with documentation and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Miro, Excel).
• Strong interest in AI applications, data strategy, and marketing technology.
• Experience building with LLMs, APIs, or no-code/low-code AI platforms (e.g., LangChain, Zapier, OpenAI APIs).
• Knowledge of marketing and media workflows where AI automation can be applied.

Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $141,687.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
