Working as part of the Manufacturing Operations offline support team, this role is fully site-based and supports quality, compliance, and continuous improvement activities within Product Supply operations.

Main responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and review of procedures and batch documentation
- Perform audits of Product Supply departments according to the agreed schedule
- Ensure adherence to the Sanofi quality system
- Ensure practices meet cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements
- Actively identify and participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects
- Support manufacturing operations projects as required
- Act as the Quality point of contact for operations systems and processes, providing guidance and feedback on quality operational issues
- Perform timely review of documentation, deviation investigations, customer complaints, and metric reporting — highlighting and assisting in the resolution of concerns/issues
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely closure of quality actions and findings
- Conduct all duties in a safe manner and report any safety issues or concerns
- Support the team in achieving team goals and targets
- Attend team meetings as required
About you
- Degree in Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical, accurate approach to work
- A confident communicator who works well as part of a team and can engage effectively with stakeholders across departments
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with a degree of autonomy
- Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is :€41 600,00 - €55 467Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
