---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Vietnamese Procure to Pay Ops Analyst WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, vendors, and stakeholders. • Receive, log, track, and resolve tickets, incidents, and service requests. • Perform initial analysis and root cause identification. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams. • Monitor ticket aging and follow up to ensure timely resolution. • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and process updates. • Prepare Key Control and other Monthend reports • Support compliance with process controls and audit requirements. • Coordinate with Local Finance, IT, Procurement, Treasury, and other stakeholders as needed. • All other tasks assigned by Lead OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
